Step One: Free Home Evaluation

Step Two: SanusAer® Shock Treatment

• All people, pets, and plants are removed from the area (typically 24 hours).
• Activated Oxygen generators and HEPA filter fans are strategically placed throughout the home to destroy and remove indoor air pollutants.
• At the end of the treatment, the timers turn off the generators and the Activated Oxygen in the home reverts back to clean, breatheable oxygen.

Step Three: Post Treatment

• Technicians test for safe re-entry, remove equipment, and perform final sanitization.
• All carpets are treated with a HEPA vacuum, removing downed pollutants.
• Furnace filter replaced with HEPA filter after treatment and 30 days later.

Maintenance Treatments

SanusAer® maintenance treatments are recommended to maintain air purity and the safety of the indoor environment after a “shock” treatment. Maintenance treatments are not as intense as shock treatments, because they require less equipment and make use of the HVAC system to distribute the Activated Oxygen throughout the premises. Because the dwelling is treated for a shorter period of time, the treatments are less costly; typically a third of the cost of a shock treatment. These maintenance treatments can be completed in less than 8 hours while you're away at work.
